I got myself an Orro Venturi STC rival etap from Balfes (seriously, their customer service is top-notch). The bike showed up, and I took it for a quick 20-mile test ride to check everything out. Everything seemed alright, just a few bolts needed a little tightening with the torque wrench, but then I spotted some paint flaking off the forks. I reached out to Balfes, who got in touch with Orro, and they replied saying the paint issue isn’t covered by warranty, even though their website clearly states it is. "Paint and transfers are subject to the original 2-year warranty and not part of our extended 5-year warranty," so now I’m stuck with a bike that’s losing its paint. Thanks a lot, Orro.

UPDATE:
Orro did get back to me and sent a new set of forks, which I really appreciated. However, when the bike was being taken apart at the shop, they found another issue with it. So now, Orro is going to take the bike back for further investigation to figure out what’s wrong. Not ideal, but I’m grateful they’re trying to sort it out.

I just got my hands on a 2022 Orro Venturi STC with a 12-speed ultegra di2 after preordering it. The wait was a bit long since I chose the BLK TEC cockpit, which was out of stock when I placed my order. However, they kept me in the loop the whole time, and now that the bike's here, I can say it was absolutely worth it. It's stunning! Big thanks to Orro! Can't wait to hit the road on my new ride.

I recently got my hands on a brand new 2022 Venturi STC Di2. While riding up Ditchling Beacon during the L2B event for BHF some time ago, I spotted a sign that piqued my interest. I had never heard of this brand before, so I did a little digging and found Pankhurst Cycles in Pangbourne as a local dealer. I went there just to check it out and instantly fell for the Blue and Silver Venturi. This is my first experience with hydraulic brakes and Di2, and let me tell you, it’s been a game changer! As an older guy who's a bit on the heavier side, I was looking for a bike that I could still 'race' on before I get too old. I've already smashed several personal bests on Strava. This bike is a real speedster—fantastic ride and excellent value for the money!

I recently got my hands on their Signature Venturi STC Sram Etap. It's an awesome bike, both to ride and to admire. I ran into a little hiccup with a replacement part, but they handled it in a reasonable timeframe and without charging me extra. I'd totally recommend them and will surely grab another bike from this brand.

I received my Orro Venturi Di2 at the end of May 22 and I'm over the moon with it. It's a fantastic bike that provides a ton of features for the cost, yet it rides like a much pricier model. I purchased mine from my local bike shop, but I also had some communication with Orro directly. Andy was super helpful in ensuring I got the specifications I wanted and in getting the bike to me, especially since there was quite a delay due to Covid-related supply issues. Honestly, I'm really glad I waited because what I ended up with has the latest 12-speed groupset and the newest version of the Venturi frame. All in all, I couldn't be more satisfied!

The bikes are pretty decent, but the service? Just terrible.

I figured I'd support a British brand and went for one of the top models from Orro, a small company in Ditchling, Sussex. They said it would take a month to arrive.

With that price, you'd expect top-notch service, but nope. No updates on my order at all; the website just shows 'pending.' When I called to check in, the staff's casual attitude was something else. Not a single reply to any of my emails.

Now it’s late summer, and the bike I was supposed to get in early spring is still MIA.

This product is fantastic, really well crafted, and I've had no problems at all. However, the customer service? Not so much. I opened two tickets and shot them an email, but weeks have gone by and I'm still in the dark. UPDATE: I finally got a reply from them. It took a bit, but hey, at least there's someone responding.

I picked up an ORRO Gold Hydro, NOT DIRECT, but had to send it back because the brakes were acting up! The online seller messed it up so bad during repairs that I ended up getting a refund. The ride I experienced was AMAZING, so I decided to go for another one from Chain Reaction, this time with cable disc brakes since the hydro was out of stock. Honestly, this bike outperforms my £3500 race bike! There’s just ONE little hiccup: I swapped out the front rotor because the Tecktro ones are about as useful as carbon rims in the rain, but hey, it’s a budget bike, so I can let that slide. It’s well-balanced, stable, super fast, LIGHT, and handles like a dream. I even snagged 7 Strava personal bests on my second ride! I’m planning to put my race rims on this beauty and sell off my old race bike.

I just got my hands on an Orro 2022-venturi-ultegra-di2-airbeat, and let me tell ya, this bike is not just a looker; it rides like a dream and handles like a champ.

I recently got myself a Terra C gravel bike. The design is fantastic, and the ride is super enjoyable. Even better, the support from the company has been top-notch. It's awesome to discover another brilliant British brand to shop with.

I got my new winter bike from a nearby cycle shop after dealing with a Ribble Bike for a year. The Orro Terra G is just awesome in terms of looks, performance, and how well it's built. It's lightweight and speedy on both tarmac and gravel, plus it has excellent tire clearance. The Ribble, on the other hand, had poor welding and cheap parts that fell apart after just one year of the British winter and had terrible aftersales support. Seriously, grab this quality British bike and enjoy your ride!

I've been riding my Orro Terra Hydro 105 for a year now, and overall, I'm pretty happy with it. The comfort level is top-notch, and it’s well-equipped for the price. It’s become my go-to for audax rides and serves as a solid winter bike too. While the internal cabling is a neat feature, it can get tricky when you need to re-cable certain parts. The bottom bracket is a press fit, which isn’t the best, and I had to swap it out after just one year. Unfortunately, the customer service from Orro has been a real letdown. I’ve sent three emails about getting replacement parts, but no one has replied. I’ve also tried calling and even wrote a letter to the managing director, but nothing has come of it! If good customer support matters to you, you might want to think twice about Orro.

The webchat feature at Orro was super useful for my latest order, and they got back to me quickly through email after I asked my first question. Their bikes are fantastic; I'm now on my second Orro bike and I totally recommend them.

Orro stands out as one of the top, most dedicated bike brands around today. The Venturi is hands down my favorite road bike I've had, it's quick, comfy, and looks fantastic. Plus, I ride a Terra C that’s just a blast; I can’t say enough good things about gravel biking!

To sum it up, Orro has really revitalized my cycling experience, from zippy rides on the Venturi to more relaxed, muddy adventures on the Terra. They’re the best in the UK by a wide margin!

After dealing with a big bike retailer and getting frustrated, I thought I'd give Orro a shot. The bikes seemed awesome, the feedback was solid, and the value looked pretty good. Plus, I figured a smaller company would offer better service. Boy, was I wrong. With all the issues manufacturers are facing getting parts from Shimano, I reached out to Orro to ask about their stock. The sales rep assured me they had ordered everything well in advance, which made me feel good about placing an order for a new Venturi STC with Di2. I put in my order on January 9th, expecting it to be ready by February 12th. I had a question about the bike, so I called Orro again in mid-January. The sales rep confirmed everything was still on track for mid-February delivery.

Then on February 3rd, I decided to check in on my order. This time, I spoke to the Sales Manager, who put me on hold for what felt like forever. When he finally came back, he told me there would be a delay because they didn’t have the frame size I wanted. I was pretty bummed but didn’t cancel since it was just a month’s wait. The next day, I called again to see if changing the frame color would speed things up, but the rep said they had all the frames but were still waiting on Shimano parts.

It seems like I was misled during every single call. I’ve decided to cancel my order because I just can’t trust this company anymore. They left me feeling like my concerns didn’t matter at all.
